Kiverse Face Painting T&Cs

A deposit may be required, paid to Kiverse Face Painting is required within 24 hours of accepting the booking request to secure your booking spot.
If the deposit is not received within the allocated time, your hold on the date and time will be released.

Deposit fee is non-refundable if you cancel due to change of mind. Always have a backup location when planning for an outdoor event, no refunds will be made due to weather conditions.

Deposit fee will be refunded if Kiverse Face Painting is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.  

Full payment due on the day of event or unless stated otherwise, or as on invoice.

Overdue payments may incur a fee.

Kiverse Face Painting requires shade for all bookings, I will not work in direct sunlight, well shaded trees are an exception.

Parking space must be allocated, or any parking fees will be charged to client.

Additional luggage fee of $15 may be applied if travelling far from vehicle, stairs, etc.

Ground must be relatively even for equipment and chair to be set up on, free from loose materials such as sand, rocks, etc.

I cannot work in extremely windy conditions; glitter will not be used if too windy.

Isopropyl Alcohol and a gentle brush cleanser is used between clients.

Face Painting is not recommended for children under the age of 3, I do welcome all ages to try it.

Children should have a clean face before sitting in the face painting chair.

I will not paint anyone who is sick or appears to have sores, rashes or any kind of contagious skin disease.

Kiverse Face Painting may take photos and videos and use them on social media platforms, by booking in with Kiverse Face Painting you agree for artwork to be shared on social media platforms and marketing.

I provide everything needed, table, chairs etc.

Shaded area away from weather is all I require.

Marquee can be provided at an additional cost.

There is only one Kiverse Face Painter ( Kimberley ), professional face painter with 10+ years of experience.

I always come dressed up, please advise of any party themes.

For events where additional artists are needed, I recruit the very best I have available.
